These terms form a legally binding agreement between 528i ("platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). 528i reserves the right to change any of the matters stated here at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes to the extent reasonably possible.

528i's services are available only to those who are eligible to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in their locality. By registering on the platform, you confirm that receiving such services is lawful in your area.

To use 528i's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are opening an account using your own identity and not on behalf of anyone else.
• You may only hold one account on 528i; multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You have not previously been banned from 528i.

528i may at any time request an identity document or other supporting documents for age verification. An account may be temporarily restricted until proper verification is completed.

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. 528i reserves the right to close an account if false or incomplete information is provided, and any unearned bonuses may be forfeited in such cases.

3.2 Password & Access Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to [email protected]. 528i will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, 528i may at any time request documents to verify identity, address, or payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount on 528i is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Please state the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though this may vary if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

Any error or irregularity in a transaction must be reported to the support team within 24 hours. Complaints raised after this period may not always be accepted. 528i keeps detailed logs of all transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 528i will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If misuse of the bonus system, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent behavior is detected, 528i reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit the bonus, and void any related winnings. The specific terms of each promotion are provided with the offer.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period, which is stated in the relevant offer details. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically cancelled.

6.1 Placing & Cancelling Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. For cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting, wins and losses are determined once the result of the relevant event is finalised. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.2 System Errors

528i reserves the right to correct at any time odds or game results that were displayed incorrectly due to a software or server error. In such situations, the affected bets will be reviewed and the correct result will apply.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match-fixing or any form of manipulative betting.
• Account sharing or placing bets on another person's account.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Making betting decisions based on insider information.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

528i's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached through regular active play.

A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond. The cashback calculation method and payment timeline will be stated in the relevant offer details.

528i's decision will be final in all matters relating to VIP tier assignment and benefit provision. VIP status may be revoked at any time due to rule violations or suspicious activity.

10.1 Closure by the Member

528i may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or providing false information.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Posing a threat to security or the interests of third parties.

528i will not be liable for any loss caused by technical failures, internet disconnection, unavailability of third-party services, or any other external factors. The platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
